Environmental policy and natural resource management at different levels: “enterprise-region-country-group of countries” have been developed and actively implemented in practice in the EU in recent years. This problem is mostly theoretical in Ukraine because it’s seen only at the macro level. Currently, the enterprises can not solve pressing environmental issues, because they don’t have a clear mechanism and tools for practical implementation of environmental policy in Ukrainian practice.EU experience in designing and implementing environmental policy is extremely useful for Ukraine. Since Ukraine has chosen strategic course of European integration it allows using the methodology, mechanisms and tools to address environmental issues in practice. The main goal of the discipline is to provide the students with knowledge of running a business on the principles of sustainable development for their application in careers. These issues are focused on the lectures schedule, seminars, trainings, study visits, workshop and roundtable debate. The practical result of project implementation will be an active teaching and educational work with youth, new educational materials, scientific publications, and textbook. These activities will disseminate the information about the advantages and prospects of European integration for business based on the principles of sustainable development. The project is closely associated with the work of the faculty of management and business in production sphere of the Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University concerning the support and advance students’ innovation activity within the existing Startup Center.
