Background. The problem of quality assurance in education is quite new for Central and Eastern Europe. In Ukraine, it has become particularly relevant after the signing of the Bologna Declaration (2005), the new Law “On Higher Education” (2014), creation of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (2015). Since there is a need to attract to quality assurance of the university not only its own management, administrative staff, teaching staff and graduate then a target group have been defined future doctors of philosophy (PhD). Effective implementation of the internal quality assurance of education at university by graduate students requires from them thorough theoretical and practical training on quality assurance of higher education and its expert support based on the EU member-states experience. The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical training of future doctors of philosophy (PhD) on quality assurance and its expert support in Ukraine based on the experience of the EU.Objectives:1. Acquiring knowledge on the quality assurance in higher education by the future PhDs and providing its expert support in the EU member-states. 2. Learning the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education by future PhDs. 3. Mastering technology of expert support of quality assurance in higher education. 4. Promoting the EU experience in quality assurance and its expert support.Educational module provides 30 lectures (60 hrs.). In order to consolidate the knowledge of future PhD on quality assurance in higher education and its expert support in the EU member-states, and for the implementation of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance will be held 30 seminars (60 hrs.). To meet the goal of acquiring technology of expert support of quality assurance by the future PhD the module provides interactive lessons (60 hrs.). We will create a website.
