Short description:

The project’s goals are: raising participants’ awareness about EU policy on the regulation of the use of food additives; to analyze the challenges facing Ukrainian food industry in this area, taking into account the prospects of European integration and accession to the WTO; to analyze and implement the necessary training courses in the program of training of food technologists, which will contribute to the European integration processes; to promote international cooperation in the research and use of food additives, taking into account key EU policy positions; to disseminate information on the production, use, labeling and research of food additives authorized in the European Union.
The project’s objectives are: create a training course for Master’s students; summer schools and round tables; attraction to participation in the project of teachers, scientists, industrialists, government representatives of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union; creation of a website for the project and a group in the social network FaceBook; publication of articles, book for undergraduate students in “”Food Technologies””.
