VET partnership for green and smart electricity in building

Project goals and objectives:
The main objective of the VET4GSEB project is to transfer the experience and good practices in the field of VET from the EU countries to third countries participating in the project. It intends to provide the national VET providers with adapted solutions, training materials, case studies, tools and guidelines, which will allow them to update and upgrade their training practices and programs in order to meet the needs for adequate skills and competences of the labour market in the building and RES sector.
Activities: The implementation of the planned projects’ activities will be performed in 5 Work packages as
follows:
− WP1 – Project Management
− WP2 – Needs analysis & current developments in VET
− WP3 – Preparation of training tools & materials
− WP4 – Train the trainers
− WP5 – Dissemination and Impact
Expected results:
1. Involvement of 240 stakeholders from building and RES industry in the development of the training
programmes and materials through questionnaires and round tables.
2. Assessment of the needs of the building and RES industry.
3. A networking platform for exchange of experience and good practices, including data base with best
training methodologies, new technical solutions for implementation of smart electrical systems and
PV in buildings companies.
4. 1 set of training materials on the following topics: requirements of the EU and National legislations,
new training methodologies, soft skills, digital skills, technical solutions for implementation of smart
electrical systems and PV in buildings and a guidebook for trainers
5. 78 trained trainers from 6 countries
