Short description:

Project goals and objectives: Challenge of Ukraine: Rehabilitation services within the healthcare system are urgently needed. Therefore the HEI’s need to implement new curricula in order to deliver rehabilitation professionals that have skills that match up to International standards. HEI’s will be supported by Programme Countries HEI’s in this project, this will lead to a more structural cooperation in which students and staff can be exchanged, joint curricula can be developed and research projects can start.Specific objectives: SO1: Development of a new curriculum for Occupational Therapists, driven by society and based on the needs of workplaces for Occupational Therapists , like hospitals, rehabilitation centers and in collaboration with government and stakeholders. SO2: Teachers at the 3 Ukraine HEI’s will be supported with well equipped classrooms, study materials and enough training using the blended learning methodology. SO3: Public authorities , private sector and other higher education institutes in Ukraine acknowledge the capacities and value of the new OT-program and recognise the qualifications of the new graduates.
