Effective Implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement: Contribution of EU Studies to the Legislative Approximation in Ukraine

The proposed Jean Monnet Chair is relevant for current and future generation of Ukrainian legislators, judges and civil servants who are and will be engaged in the process of implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and the approximation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis. The Jean Monnet Chair will offer expert courses, research, events and dissemination activities with objective to enhance general and expert awareness about the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.The Jean Monnet Chair will complement the existing EU studies at the NaUKMA which hosts the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence in EU Studies, Jean Monnet Module in EU Interdisciplinary Studies. The Jean Monnet Chair will serve as a resourse hub and point of reference for Ukrainian legislators, judges, civil servants and expert community in area of EU legal studies.
