Training “Digitalization as a tool for ensuring national security in the context of the development of Ukraine’s economy after the Russian-Ukrainian war” within the framework of the Erasmus+ project (15.10.2024, online)
On 15 October 2024, the Faculty of Economics of Zaporizhzhia National University held a training “Digitalization as a tool for ensuring national security in the context of building the Ukrainian economy after the Russian-Ukrainian war”.
The event was held within the framework of the project of the European Union Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Program 101085727 — EU-DIGITIZATION — ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH “Digitalization of the economy in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic as a strategic platform for economic development of the state”.
The event was attended by about a hundred participants from different universities of Ukraine: Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University; Lithuanian University of Sport; Lviv Polytechnic National University; Ivan Puluj National Technical University of Ternopil; Khmelnytsky National University; Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas; National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine; Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania); Poltava University of Economics and Trade; Izmail State University of Humanities; Kyiv National Economic University; and Kyiv National Economic University.
The training participants were greeted by Hennadii Vasylchuk, Vice-Rector for Research at Zaporizhzhia National University, Doctor of History, Professor, who focused the attention of the students on the international activities of the university, in particular on the implementation of EU Erasmus+ projects, the importance and relevance of the Jean Monnet project, and the peculiarities of implementing international activities and ensuring the safety of the educational process in times of war.
During the event, presentations were made by: Yevtushenko M. S., Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration on the topic: “Features of the use of digital technologies at the level of local budgets of Zaporizhzhia region”, D. Svitlyi, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Financial Director of Onyx-Soft PE with the topic: “ABC-analysis in turnover management”, K. Brutian, Director of the Center for Interactive Development ‘ARISTOCRAT’, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, certified business coach, financial literacy coach with the topic: “The importance of financial literacy for the development of preschool children”, Tupikova M. V., manager of the Fat Cat restaurant chain, Prague (Czech Republic). Topic: “The use and prospects of digital technologies in the restaurant business”, O. Bugai, Head of IT Sales at Natife LLC, with the topic: “The Impact of the IT Sphere on the Economy of Ukraine in the Context of War”, E. S. Loseva, trade unionist of the Faculty of Economics of ZNU, applicant for the program ‘Human Resources Management and Labor Economics’ with the topic: “E-commerce in Ukraine: practical aspects and prospects of development in the conditions of war”, Morgunov S. V., Deputy Director of Zaporizhpromgranit LLC with the topic: “Directions of digital transformation of the construction industry in the world and Ukraine”, Vladyslav FOMENKO, Retail Trade Manager at Master Trade Service LLC, on the topic ‘Using online advertising as a digital marketing tool in the field of trade’.
Participants learned about the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing the European experience of digitalization as a tool for ensuring national security in the context of building Ukraine’s economy after the Russian-Ukrainian war.
