Participation in the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ KA220 “Promoting English Readiness for Effective Care and Trust of Nurses (PERFECT)” project (02.12.2024, online)

On 2 December 2024, the team of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine participated in the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ KA220 consortium project “Promoting English Readiness for Effective Care and Trust of Nurses (PERFECT)” («Promoting English Readiness for Effective Care and Trust of Nurses»).

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing the importance of such projects in enhancing the quality of education and professional training of healthcare workers in Ukraine.

The meeting brought together representatives of educational institutions and consortium organisations from Ukraine and EU countries. The event included discussions on key aspects of international grant project management, identification of project objectives and implementation stages, as well as a start-up workshop for educators of partner educational institutions.

Special attention was given to developing educators’ professional competencies and exchanging pedagogical practices to improve the quality of education within the project framework.

The meeting aimed to establish effective cooperation among consortium partners, define joint approaches to project implementation, and plan further actions toward achieving the project’s objectives.

The National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine team extends gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and support of initiatives aimed at improving the professional training of healthcare workers.
