Practicum “EU Social and Economic Inclusion: Innovations, Projecting and Policies” (04-30.04.2025, online)
On 4-30 April 2025, the staff of the Department of Production and Investment Management of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine organized a Practicum “Social and Economic Inclusion in the EU: Innovation, Projecting and Policies”. The event was held within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project “EU Practices of Social and Economic Inclusion”.
The event was attended by more than bachelors, masters, graduate students, doctoral students, researchers, teachers, NGOs and other institutions from different cities of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Chernivtsi.
During the event, presentations were made by the project coordinator, Doctor of Economics, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Lidiia SHYNKARUK, project participants, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Maryna DIELINI and Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Production and Investment Management Emilia PRUSHKIVSKA. The speakers focused on such topical issues as: the introduction of a socially inclusive approach to the development of society, including the economic and social spheres, the concepts of social inclusion and exclusion, the differences between inclusion and integration.
During the event, participants learned about the European approach to social rights, which is based on 20 key principles that form the foundation of a socially just and inclusive Europe, and learned about the development of social innovations, their key stages and funding opportunities.
