Joint Meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council (NMR) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (February 20, 2025)

On February 20, 2025, a discussion was held on the preparation of Guidelines for the development of new generation higher education standards within the framework of a Joint Meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council (NMR) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance with the participation of National Higher Education Reform Experts and National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine. The event was attended by members of the NMR of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in particular the National Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE): Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ, Director General of the Directorate of Higher and Adult Education of the Ministry Oleg SHAROV, Head of the Expert Group on Integration into the EHEA and Education Quality Assurance of the Directorate of Higher and Adult Education of the Ministry Maryna MRUGA, Coordinator of the Higher Education Sector of the NMR Volodymyr BAKHRUSHYN, Professor of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” and Deputy Coordinator of the Higher Education Sector of the NMR Zhanna TALANOVA, Deputy Coordinator of the NEO – Ukraine. The National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance was represented by Deputy Chairs Bohdan MORKLYANIK and Olena YEREMENKO. Following the results of the discussion of the draft Guidelines for the Development of Higher Education Standards, proposals for improving the draft document were agreed upon and considered.
