FollowUp TAM event – Meeting of National Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE team) “Equal Access to Quality Higher Education: Digitalisation and Quality Assurance” (10.12.24, offline)
On December 10, 2024, Meeting of National Higher Education Reform Experts (13 HERE team representatives) was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the participation of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, and Coordinator of HERE team Zhanna TALANOVA as a FollowUp to the TAM event – XIII International Scientific and Practical Conference “European Integration of Higher Education of Ukraine in the Context of the Bologna Process. Digitalization and Quality Assurance of Higher Education to Ensure Equal Access to Quality Higher Education” (November 7-8, 2024, hybrid). The participants discussed the reporting and results for 2024, identified measures for the Action Plan for 2025, taking into account the priorities for the higher education development in Ukraine and European integration. There was also a discussion on the use of the outcomes of the TAM event on the issues of digitalization and quality assurance of higher education to ensure equal access to quality higher education, in particular for the development of the Ministry policies, improvement of national legislation, requirements for accreditation of digital study programmes, etc.
The event took place within the framework of the Information Days of the European Union Erasmus+ Programme in Ukraine in the fields of Education, Youth and Sport, organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine together with the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the National Support Office for the eTwinning Programme and the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Information Centre on December 9-12, 2024.
On December 10, 2024, as part of the “Erasmus+ Information Day in Education: Higher Education”, Meeting was held with higher education institutions on the implementation of EU Erasmus+ Programme projects and Seminar was organized for managers responsible for international cooperation in Ukrainian HEIs, where issues regarding ensuring equal access to quality higher education based on digital transformations in the context of the preparation and implementation of Erasmus+ projects were considered based on outcomes of the TAM event – Bologna Conference.
Also, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded the National Higher Education Reform Experts and representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine for initiative and perseverance, high professionalism, conscientious performance of official duties and significant personal contribution to the development of the education and science spheres of Ukraine (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.11.2024 No. 361-k-24): HEREs: Volodymyr BAKHRUSHYN, Svitlana KALASHNIKOVA, Olena KOZIEVSKA, Volodymyr LUHOVY, Yuriy RASHKEVYCH, Iryna SIKORSKA, Andriy STAVYTSKYI, Vadym ZAKHARCHENKO, Iryna ZOLOTAREV, Mychailo WYNNYCKYJ; NEO – Ukraine: Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Zhanna TALANOVA, Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Veronika TKACHENKO (IVANOVA), Petro KRAYNIK, Oksana LAUSHNYK.
The National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine awarded a Diploma to HERE Maria MYSHLOVSKA, a Master’s student at the Ukrainian Catholic University for high-quality representation of Ukrainian students at the international and national levels and contribution to the work of the National HERE team, and a Certificate of Gratitude to Oleg KUSCHENKO, Administrative Manager of the NEO – Ukraine, a PhD student at the Institute of Higher Education of the NAES of Ukraine, for his contribution to ensuring the effective activities of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine for the development of Ukrainian education in the context of European integration.
