Infosession within the 10th International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Current Issues of Forming a Creative Personality of a Teacher in the Context of Continuity of Preschool and Primary Education” (26.03.2026, online)
On March 26, 2026, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine took part in the 10th International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “Current Issues of Forming a Creative Personality of a Teacher in the Context of Continuity of Preschool and Primary Education”, organised by Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University.
The conference brought together more than 700 researchers, educators, students, and education professionals to discuss current challenges in modern teacher education, the development of teachers’ creative potential, continuity between preschool and primary education, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
During the plenary session, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a presentation entitled “Opportunities for Modern School Education: European Experience and Ukrainian Traditions”. The infosession highlighted opportunities offered by the EU Erasmus+ Programme for general secondary education institutions, international cooperation, and the professional development of teachers.
Participants learned about Erasmus+ instruments supporting schools, opportunities for international partnerships, mobility activities, project-based cooperation, and the development of innovative educational practices. Particular attention was paid to the role of European experience in the modernisation of school education and the importance of international cooperation for enhancing the quality of the educational process.
The conference programme also addressed issues related to children’s psychological well-being during wartime, inclusive education, digital learning technologies, environmental education, artistic development, and European integration processes in teacher training.
As a result of the event, participants emphasised the importance of fostering teachers’ creative potential, implementing innovative teaching approaches, and expanding international cooperation as key factors in the development of modern education. The conference served as a platform for professional dialogue, exchange of experience, and the exploration of new solutions for educational practice in a rapidly changing society.
