On 11 August 2026 webinar-infosession for VET institutions “Registration on the Funding and Tender opportunities Portal. Obtaining PIC and OID codes” was organized.

More than 290 representatives of VET institutions joined the event.

The participants were welcomed by Iryna SHUMIK, Director General of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, who emphasised the importance of increasing the participation of Ukrainian VET institutions in international programmes and projects, in particular the EU Erasmus+ Programme, as well as creating favourable conditions for their active international cooperation.

During the webinar, Veronika IVANOVA, National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine manager, provided a brief overview of the EU Erasmus+ Programme, current opportunities available to VET institutions, as well as the key steps required to prepare for and participate in Erasmus+ calls for proposals.

Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Senior Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, delivered a presentation on registering organisations on the Funding & Tenders Portal (FTOP) and obtaining PIC and OID codes, and explained how these identifiers are used when participating in calls under the EU Erasmus+ Programme.
