37 Ukrainian students to study at Masters and doctoral level in the EU Universities with the support of EU’s Erasmus+ Programme
The Call for Erasmus+ Learning Degree Mobility has been completed and award decision on granting scholarships and fellowships for Joint Master Courses and Joint Doctorates has been taken. 1345 Erasmus Mundus students from all over the world are selected for funding with the support of Erasmus+ Programme. 36 out of them will come from Ukraine (amongst them – 12 women) representing Dnipro, Kyiv, Kryvyi Rih Lviv, Mariupol, Ostroh and Kharkiv cities.
Joint doctorate programme will enroll one Ukrainian researcher. His first country of destination for research is Denmark.
The students are to study Erasmus Mundus Joint Degrees in prestigious universities of Austria, Belgium, the UK, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Hungary, France and Sweden. Following the rules of Erasmus+, master and doctoral students will study at minimum two European universities. In addition to their main curricula, students will be enrolled in language courses, learn about the countries of their stay, discover and enjoy their culture. All the costs of accommodation and studies will be covered by Erasmus+.
115 students have been already studying at Erasmus Mundus Joint Programmes since 2014, including 102 Master and 13 PhD students.
