Final meeting within Ukraine Higher Education Leadership Development Programme (05.03.2019, Kyiv)
On 5 March 2019 the Final meeting within Ukraine Higher Education Leadership Development Programme took place in Kyiv. The Programme was initiated by British Council with the support ofLeadership Foundation for Higher Education (UK).
300 participants from 40 Ukrainian HEIs were involved to the Programme during 3 years.
Opening speeches were given by Simon WILLIAMS, Director of British Council in Ukraine, Svitlana KALASHNIKOVA, Director, Institute of Higher Education, NAES of Ukraine, HERE and Alison JOHNS, Chief executive of Advance HE.
Liliya HRYNEVYCH, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine and External expert Pat KILLINGLY joined the discussion on leadership in the context of higher education and the university community, team and individual leadership.
Zhanna TALANOVA, NEO-Ukraine analytical manager, Volodymyr LUGOVYY, First Vice-President, National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, HERE and Andriy STAVYTSKYY, Associate Professor of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, HERE Chairman also attended the event.
