Skype session for representatives of Sumy National Agrarian University (13.12.19, Kyiv-Sumy)

On December 13, 2019 NEO-Ukraine managers provided an informational skype-session for Sumy National Agrarian University representatives on the preparation and submission of application form within Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Action to Call 2019.

Participants enriched their knowledge at Jean Monnet Action opportunities, its features, main steps and key documents for succesful participation. Speakers presented examples of such projects in Ukraine, described the peculiarities of preparing a qualitative project proposal, main steps on filling in application forms in accordance with the type of the project. At the end of the event, the participants got recommendations and instructions on how to create, fill in and submit the application form, prepare the application package, form project budget table, etc.

As a result of the skype-session, HEI’s representatives raised awareness on Erasmus+ Jean Monnet benefits and built personal/institutional capacities on effective participation and successful project proposal submission to the Jean Monnet Call 2019. Useful materials about the Erasmus+ and promo materials were disseminated.
