Participation in the discussion “Ukrainian Universities. Does it make sense to reform them? ” (19.10.2021, online)

On 19 October 2021, the discussion “Ukrainian universities. Does it make sense to reform them?” with the participation of NEO – Ukraine representative was held. The event was organized by the Telegram Channel “PROpositioners Club ” (590 subscribers) with the participation of experts representing various stakeholder organizations – universities, government agencies, local government, research institution.

Zhanna TALANOVA, NEO – Ukraine Manager, joined the event and commented situation in higher education as a systemic problem at all levels of education in Ukraine and identified challenges and prospects for reforming the national higher education system in the context of European integration. In addition, speaker highlighted Erasmus+ programme as a key tool to improve euro integration process at HE level.

Participants improved awareness on new opportunities within Programme for 2021-2027, improved knowledge on Erasmus+ database with the participation of Ukrainian organisations, and improved understanding of boosting cooperation, synergies and exchange of good practices.
