National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine together with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ukrainian State Сenter for International Education, the Ukrainian Institute, Global Coalition of Ukrainian Studies and a cohort of Ukrainian Universities are honoured to invite you to visit Ukrainian stand at EAIE Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden on 9-12 of September 2025!
We are happy to announce that over 15 Ukrainian Universities are exhibiting at #EAIE2025 at R48 stand Ukrainian Higher Education together with Study in Ukraine – Olena Shapovalova and National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine & HERE team Svitlana Shytikova and Kateryna Zhdanova!
You will have the opportunity to learn from the first hand the situation in Ukrainian Education, to meet and find reliable partners for long-term cooperation and find new partners and meet old fiends!
Your care and support are important to us!
We are interested in bilateral cooperation and under EU-funded and other Programmes.
About 40 calls for proposals are open for Ukraine under Erasmus+ as Partner Country non-associated and all calls under Horizon Europe as an Associated Country!
We look forward to schedule meetings and host you at the Ukrainian stand during the days!

Cooperation with enlargement countries: What’s in it for me? (S6.04)
Room: G1
Panel session: Building on the 2023 and 2024 sessions on ‘what’s new in the Western Balkans’, this session will expand the geographical scope to all countries looking to join the EU. We will look at how to increase cooperation between their institutions and those in the EU, considering examples of successful cooperation and trying to address the main challenges hampering these exchanges. We will also give ample space for participants to share their experiences and learn from each other.

Come and discuss the varied approaches to Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility funding application processes, with a focus on Collaborative writing with both program and partner country institutions, selecting regional priorities and fostering impactful partnerships. Attendees will explore their institutions’ application strategies and how proactive engagement by partner countries can affect proposal success and inclusion. This session is intended for KA171 institutional applicants.

This powerful short documentary shares the extraordinary experiences of Ukrainian students and academics during Russia’s full-scale invasion, revealing their resilience and dedication to education and culture amidst immense challenges. Combining historical testimony with inspirational narratives, the film serves as both a vital record of academic perseverance and a call for international solidarity. The screening will open with a pre-recorded special introduction by director Gianluca Vagnarelli, founder of the Academies4Ukraine support initiative, highlighting the ongoing importance of safeguarding higher education in crisis.
