Conference “European Project Culture in Ukraine: Current Status, Problems, Prospects” (29-30.05.20, online).
On May 29-30, 2020, Iryna SIKORSKA, Chair of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Researchers of European Integration, Head of International Relations Office, Donetsk State University of Management, member of the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team of the Erasmus+ Programme, took part in online conference “European Project Culture in Ukraine: Current Status, Problems, Prospects”. The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet project EUROPROC. Representatives of Warsaw and Jagiellonian Universities, as well as more than 100 Ukrainian and international participants (including representatives of government, HEIs, NGOs and others) joined the event.
Representative of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine highlighted the goals, criteria and new opportunities for cooperation within the Erasmus+ Programme. The issues of formation and development of the European project environment in Ukraine, involvement of external European experts, use of innovative methods and monitoring of project activity were also covered during the event. The speaker drew attention to the further preservation, improvement and expansion of the Erasmus+ to support researchers to implement their own ideas and participate in various international mobility programs.
Iryna SIKORSKA, Chair of the Board of the Ukrainian Association of Researchers of European Integration, Head of International Relations Office, Donetsk State University of Management, member of the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team of the Erasmus+ Programme, presented a report on the development of project culture in Ukraine based on the examples of Erasmus+ Jean Monnet good practice projects.
