Forum Career Expo 2025 (19.09.2025, Kyiv)

On September 19, 2025, Kyiv hosted Career Expo 2025 — the largest career forum organized by the “Blagomay” Charitable Foundation for Ukrainian youth seeking to find their place in the professional world.

The forum created unique opportunities for over 3,000 students and young specialists not only to secure their first job but also to build a conscious career path. Participants learned about current labor market trends, engaged with leading Ukrainian and international companies, and established professional contacts that could define their futures.

The Career Expo 2025 programme included:

  • Partner speeches from leading companies, career services, educational projects, and media supporting youth development.

  • Panel discussions with HR specialists and labor market experts.

  • Exhibition booths featuring companies in IT, marketing, finance, technology, education, and the public sector.

  • Motivational talks from entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders with inspiring success stories.

  • Speed interviews, recruiter meetings, CV reviews, and interactive career guidance games.

  • Professional photo zones for resume headshots and gift giveaways.

Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Senior Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, joined the event to present the EU Erasmus+ Programme opportunities available to students, graduates, and anyone eager to enhance their skills and knowledge. She emphasized the importance of active youth involvement in international initiatives for the recovery of Ukraine and the improvement of professional and educational competencies.

The speaker presented individual opportunities for students and educational staff, highlighting the Programme’s innovations for Ukrainians during the war. Additionally, she introduced educational support opportunities from various EU member states for active Ukrainian youth.

During the presentation, clear recommendations were provided on searching for opportunities, preparing the document package, and the expected outcomes of exchanges and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees. To conclude, the speaker presented youth exchanges and participation in volunteer projects as additional Erasmus+ options.
