HERE team Cluster Seminar on professional qualifications (30.09.21, online)

On 30 September 2021 the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine within the series of HERE team webinars organised seminar on professional qualifications. Key speaker of the webinar – Vadym ZAKHARCHENKO, Vice-Rector, National University “Odessa Maritime Academy”.

Over 50 participants all over Ukraine: HEIs staff; guarantors of educational programs and researchers involved into the development and monitoring of educational programs; representatives of educational and methodical departments; HEIs administration related to the educational programs development and QA.

Zhanna TALANOVA, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, joined the webinar, emphasizing the relevance of the topic of the event and presenting the new EU Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027, stressing the opportunities, features and noverlies for cooperation for Ukrainian organizations.

Vadym ZAKHARCHENKO, in his presentation covered the issues of professional competence and learning outcomes in educational programs; the role of professional standards; quality assurance; connection with the labor market and professional recognition of graduates in the labor market; professional qualifications and their assignment.
