HERE team Seminar “Qualification requirements in Higher Dducation standards and educational programs” (29.04.21, online)

On 29 April 2021 the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine within the series of HERE team webinars organised seminar “Qualification requirements in Higher Dducation standards and educational programs.” Key speaker of the webinar – Volodymyr BAKHRUSHYN, Member of the Scientific and Methodical Council, MESU (Higher Education Sector); Professor of the Department of the System Analysis and Calculative Mathematics, Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.

The seminar addressed problematic issues related to the formulation of requirements for competencies and learning outcomes of graduates, concerning the differences between competencies and learning outcomes, taking into account the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework and professional standards, as well as the subject area.

Over 80 participants joined the Zoom platform and live streaming in the Facebook covered around 400 views.

Zhanna TALANOVA, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, joined the webinar, emphasizing the relevance of the topic of the event and presenting the experience of the speaker through cooperation and involvement in working groups of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. During the welcome speech presented the new EU Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027, stressing the opportunities, features and noverlies for cooperation for Ukrainian organizations.

Volodymyr BAKHRUSHYN during the presentation covered the following issues: Qualifications (educational and professional, full and partial); Competences and Learning Outcomes; Professional standards; Qualifications framework (NQF, QF of EHEA) and requirements in the development of Higher Education standards.
