Infosession for Schools within the Information Meeting for School Leaders and Innovative Teachers (17.03.2026, online)

On March 17, 2026, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine took part in an infosession for schools held within an online meeting for principals, deputy principals, and innovative teachers from educational institutions of Marhanets City Council, Chervonohryhorivka Settlement Territorial Community, and Pokrovske Rural Territorial Community.

The event was organised in cooperation with the National eTwinning Support Office – Ukraine and the DOCU/CLUB Network of the NGO “Docudays” with the aim of strengthening schools’ international capacity, raising awareness of international opportunities, and fostering partnerships between Ukrainian educational institutions and those in the European Union.

During the infosession, opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Programme and the eTwinning initiative for general secondary education institutions were presented. In particular, Svitlana KALASHNIKOVA, Coordinator of the National eTwinning Support Office – Ukraine, introduced participants to the potential of eTwinning for enhancing international school cooperation and engaging teachers in collaborative European projects.

A dedicated session focused on Erasmus+ funding opportunities for schools. Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, presented key actions for participation, types of projects, and practical aspects of preparing applications, as well as approaches to accessing grant support.

The event also featured a presentation of the DOCU/CLUB Network as a tool for developing educational communities and promoting non-formal education. As a result of the meeting, participants gained a clearer understanding of further steps to integrate international activities into their institutional development strategies.
