Infosession on Erasmus+ individual opportunities within the EU Study Days (30.07.2025, online)
On 30 July 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine team held presentation on individual opportunities within the EU’s Erasmus+ Programme as part of the EU Study Days webinars, specifically under the themes “Project-Based Approach and Interest Representation” and “Overview of EU Opportunities”.
The event was attended by approximately 25 participants interested in exchange programmes, language skill development, and international study experience.
During the session, Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Manager of NEO in Ukraine, presented Erasmus+ opportunities for active youth. The speaker highlighted individual opportunities for students and staff of educational institutions, as well as the Programme’s latest updates for Ukrainians during the war. Additionally, further educational opportunities from various EU Member States in support of Ukraine’s active youth were showcased. The presentation provided clear recommendations on searching for opportunities, preparing application packages, and the expected outcomes of mobility periods and Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees. Following the presentation, the speaker introduced youth exchanges and participation in volunteering projects as additional Erasmus+ options for the summer period.
At the conclusion of the event, participants engaged with students who shared their personal stories on how to apply for an Erasmus+ exchange, the experience they gained, and how they found the motivation to take part.
