Infosession within Second Foreign Investment Congress (15.05.2025, Kyiv)

On 15–16 May 2025, the Second Foreign Investment Congress took place in Kyiv — a large-scale international event that brought together 185 participants from 28 countries. Within the framework of the event, 12 panel discussions were held focusing on investment, partnerships, and recovery. Participants included representatives of financial institutions, investors, diplomats, Ukrainian businesses, and local communities.

EVENT AGENDA

Veronika Tkachenko, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, participated in the panel discussion “Financial Diplomacy 4.0: How International Institutions, Innovative Instruments, and Digital Solutions Accelerate the Reset of Economic Architecture and the Emergence of a New Investment Ecosystem in Ukraine.”

The discussion addressed the search for effective mechanisms for attracting investments in the context of the war, post-war recovery, and the European integration process, as well as the role of international financial institutions, available EU support instruments, and the potential of digital solutions and innovative approaches to financing small and medium-sized enterprises.

Particular attention was also paid to the challenges related to the implementation of ESG requirements faced by Ukrainian businesses in the current realities.
