On 12–13 June 2025, the Erasmus+ Youth Innovation and Partnership Forum 2025 took place—a two-day event for Ukrainian organisations currently implementing or planning to launch projects within the EU Erasmus+ Youth Programme and the European Solidarity Corps.
The event was organised by the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Information Centre in Ukraine, in partnership with the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, the Lviv Regional Youth Centre, and other organisations.
The programme included:
-
Presentations of best practices from Ukrainian and international organisations;
-
Expert speeches on programme priorities and opportunities;
-
Practical tools for implementing youth projects;
-
Discussions on current challenges in youth work;
-
An online networking session, during which participants connected with potential partners for future consortia.
On 13 June, Kateryna Zhdanova, Senior Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, joined the event and held a presentation to 50 representatives of NGOs, youth organisations, educational institutions, youth centres, active youth, and stakeholders interested in international cooperation in the youth sector. The speaker presented the EU Erasmus+ Programme, its key sectors, strands, and priorities, focusing on the new Capacity Building calls in the fields of Youth and Sport.
During the presentation, clear recommendations were provided regarding organisational registration on key Programme portals, searching for calls, the specifics of filling out application forms, partnership requirements, preparing supporting documents, and expected outcomes. Furthermore, the speaker highlighted existing cooperation experiences between Ukrainian and European partners to encourage the development of new consortia, knowledge sharing, and future synergy.
The Forum served as a powerful platform for exchanging experience and consolidating the efforts of the Ukrainian youth community on the path toward European integration.
