International Informational Week: International Mobility Day: Workshops on How to Apply and How to Implement Mobility projects (9.11.2018, Kyiv)
On 9 November 2018 the final day of the Infoweek was organised together with Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, Kyiv, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, National Erasmus+ Agency in Finland, University of Turku (Finland), Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia), Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg (Germany), Ivan Franko Lviv National University, Sumy State University, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
More than 110 participants (vice-rectors for international relations, Erasmus+ contacts, international relation offices, project offices, universities’ staff) joined the event.
Opening speeches were given by Liubov SHCHITKA, Acting Head, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Nataliia VINNIKOVA, Vice-Rector for Research, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.
During the day, participants of “International Mobility Day: Workshops on How to Apply and How to Implement Mobility projects” increased awareness of key opportunities for cooperation between Programme Countries and Ukrainian Universities (Ivanna ATAMANCHUK, National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine) and key recommendations on applications and selections procedures and criteria, key documents and practical handbooks (Anni KALLIO and Mari POHJOLA, National Erasmus+ Agency in Finland). Experience on How to prepare ICM project proposals, contractual documents and implement ICM projects between Ukrainian and European partners: practical guidelines and tips were presented by Martina PAVLIKOVA and Zdenka GADUSOVA, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia, Liisa JÄRVINEN, University of Turku, Finland, Andreas WEIHE and Khrystyna PAVLIUKH, Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, Germany, Oksana KRAYEVSKA, Ivan Franko Lviv National University, Vikroria YARMOLYCH, Sumy State University, Olena HRECHANIUK, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Useful materials about the Erasmus+ and promo materials were disseminated. Improved knowledge of the Erasmus+ for beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Improved knowledge and project management of Erasmus+ beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Improved management and implementation of Erasmus+ projects. Project results disseminated.
