Introductory speeach within Erasmus+ CBHE PROMENT Workshop (17.02.2025, online)

On 17 February 2025, Kateryna Zhdanova, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, participated in a training session for the Erasmus+ CBHE project “PROMENT – Promoting Professional Education and Students’ Engagement through a Comprehensive Mentoring and Tutoring System at HEIs”, held in Uzhhorod. The event brought together approximately 40 representatives from consortium partner institutions across Ukraine and from the cities of Gliwice (Poland), Batumi and Tbilisi (Georgia), as well as Chernihiv, Mykolaiv, Lviv, and Dnipro.

In her speech, Kateryna Zhdanova emphasised the strategic importance of Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education projects for institutional modernisation, quality enhancement and systemic reforms in universities. She highlighted that PROMENT demonstrates how international cooperation can lead to sustainable institutional changes, strengthen student-centred approaches and foster inclusive and innovation-driven higher education environments.
