Kick-off meeting of the EU Erasmus+ Programme Jean Monnet project “Integration of EU Environmental Protection standards in Ukraine” at Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University (26.10.2023, online/offline)

On 26 October 2023, Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University held the kick-off meeting of the EU Erasmus+ Programme Jean Monnet project “Integration of EU Environmental Protection standards in Ukraine”.

The event took place within the project implementation in a blended format. At the beginning of the meeting the following speakers had the speech: the first vice-rector of the University, Doctor of Economics, prof. Oksana OLIYNYK, Dean of the Faculty of Mining, Nature Management and Construction, Ph.D., Assoc. Volodymyr KOTENKO, Head of the Department of International Affairs, Ph.D. Vasyl MAMRAY and the representative of the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine, manager of the Jean Monnet Actions Petro KRAINIK.

The NEO in Ukraine representative focused on key aspects of project implementation, ensuring the quality of expected results, requirements and rules of the EU Erasmus+ Programme for visibility and dissemination of information about the project and synergies with projects in the university and beyond.

The event was attended by more than 30 participants in a blended format – academic staff, scientists and university students.

During the event, presentations were made by representatives of the project team. Speakers presented the general concept of the project, its content and goals, methods of work and conducting events.
