NAQA Seminar “Strategic Steps to Improve Internal Quality Assurance Systems in Higher Education” (28-30.10.2020)
On 28-30 October 2020 the NAQA seminar “Strategic Steps to Improve Internal Quality Assurance Systems in Higher Education” was held in Kyiv.
The event was part of the project “Promoting Rule of Law and Human Rights Approaches in Higher Education” that implemented by the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.
The main goal of the seminar was the discussion of the recommendations for ensuring internal quality systems of higher education and improving the strategy of the NAQA.
Yuriy RASHKEVYCH, Professor of Lviv Polytechnic National University (HERE team) and other invited experts discussed the current challenges and problems of quality assurance in higher education in Ukraine, agreed on discussion concepts (ensuring selectivity, features of third-level educational and research programs, guarantor definition), draft methodological recommendations for improving the internal quality assurance systems of higher education.
