Nine new projects for Ukrainian youth organisations under EU-funded Erasmus+ Programme
The European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency have informed about the results of the 2026 Calls for Proposals of Capacity Building in the field of Youth. With a total available budget of more than EUR 19 million, 59 projects among 481 submitted proposals have been recommended for funding. 9 projects with 11 organisations from Ukraine have been selected among 74 submitted proposals with Ukraine in partnerships.
Congratulations to winners and all teams who joined the call for hard work on proposals!
Ukrainian organisations will benefit from the experience of European partners, and develop their capacities for internationalisation, digital transformation and inclusion. They will implement best practices for building new Ukraine as EU Member State and help to cope with the challenges during martial law in the youth field.
Eleven civil society organisations have joined projects consortia as coordinators and partners:
- Regional Charitable Foundation “RESONANCE”, coordinator of the project “CivicArt Connect: Building Cooperation Capacity for Art-Based Civic Education”
- NGO “VOX UKRAINE”, partner of the project “Building Digital Civic Capacity in Youth Organisations”
- KLITSCHKO FOUNDATION, partner of the project “Building Digital Civic Capacity in Youth Organisations”
- NGO “STELLA”, partner of the project “Building Digital Civic Capacity in Youth Organisations” and partner of project “TEEN’CLUSION”
- NGO “Development and Initiative”, partner of the project “Change architects for Democratic Resilience in Neighborhood East”
- NGO “Alternatyva-V”, partner of the project “TEEN’CLUSION”
- NGO “STAN”, partner of the project “Strengthening Young People’s Voice and Democratic Participation through Quality Centre-Based Youth Work”
- NGO “UNIT”, partner of the project “OPEN PATHS – Inclusive systems for accessible youth mobilities and inclusive non-formal learning.”
- Association of Innovative and Digital Education, partner of the project “AI Low-Code Youth Labs for Inclusion and Employability in the Eastern Partnership”
- NGO “Young Agents of Change”, partner of the project “Generation of Resilient Allies”
- NGO “Active Youth Community”, partner of the project “Digital Non-formal Learning for Active Society in the Neighbourhood East”
Ukrainian teams will work jointly with partners from 19 counties: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Turkey.
EU grants for such projects amount up to EUR 300,000 per projects for 3 years and cover international and local missions – travel and subsistence costs, staff cost, equipment costs and subcontracting as well as costs for dissemination of information, publishing or translation.
This action was open for Ukraine in 2024 and European Commission have funded already 26 projects which are currently implementing by 33 Ukrainian organisations.

Additional information: Erasmus+ is the European Union Programme that aims to support, through lifelong learning, the educational, professional and personal development of people in education, training, youth and sport, in Europe and beyond. It provides opportunities for learning mobility, projects and partnerships, policy development and cooperation. The Programme is inclusive for people of all ages and backgrounds and almost 40 calls for proposals are open to different types of organisations from Ukraine.
