Participation and presentation of Erasmus+ opportunities in the field of youth within Erasmus+ Youth Innovation and Partnership Forum (09.08.2024, online)

On August 9, 2024, the Erasmus+ Youth Information Center and the ECS in Ukraine held an online Erasmus+ Youth Innovation and Partnership Forum. The event was attended by over 35 participants: representatives of Ukrainian NGOs, educational institutions (including non-formal education) working with Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs, or those who want to join the programs.

The event was aimed to share experiences and present new interesting practices developed by Ukrainian organizations: successfully implemented projects, manuals, games, etc.; organizing networking for stakeholders to better understand the situation and current challenges among Ukrainian NGOs and institutions that work or want to work with the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programs.

During the event, Kateryna ZHDANOVA, NEO – Ukraine, provided presentation on the opportunities of the Erasmus+ Program for active youth and youth organizations. The speaker presented the EU Erasmus+ Program, key areas, directions and priorities, focusing on new competitions for youth and sports capacity building.

The presentation provided clear recommendations on registering the profile of organizations on the key portals of the Program, call pages, peculiarities on application forms, requirements for partnerships, preparing an additional package of documents and expected results. Additionally, the speaker drew attention to the existing experience of cooperation between Ukrainian and European partners to build new consortia, learn from experience and further synergies.

At the end of the event, the participants shared their success stories and experiences, and received answers to their questions.
