Participation in the Days of Ukraine (16-17.09.2021, Berlin)

On 16-17 September 2021 NEO – Ukraine took part in the Days of Ukraine in Berlin. The event was organized by the Free University of Berlin, the Institute for Eastern European Studies together with the German-Ukrainian Academic Society and DAAD. The conference included a cooperation presentation based on successful bilateral projects, as well as an informative session dedicated to Ukrainian studies in the region.

In addition, speakers provided information on funding opportunities from both German and European grant programme, provided valuable information to support applications for funding for new German-Ukrainian projects.

NEO – Ukraine Coordinator Svitlana SHYTIKOVA presented the new EU Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027, new opportunities for international cooperation for HEIS and VET institutions, as well as public and youth organizations. Participants improved knowledge on Erasmus+ database with the participation of Ukrainian organisations, and improved understanding of boosting cooperation, synergies and exchange of good practices.
