Participation in the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges (EVE) 2025 Grant Holders Meeting (5.03.2026, online)

On 5 March 2026, the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges (EVE) 2025 Grant Holders Meeting was organised online by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

Over 35 participants as coordinators and partners of new EVE project-winners joined the event. In addition, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, and Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Senior Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, also participated in the meeting.

The event brought together representatives of projects selected under the ERASMUS-EDU-2025-VIRT-EXCH call and aimed to clarify key aspects of project implementation.

During the meeting, participants discussed the project lifecycle, including grant agreement management and communication, financial management, reporting requirements and procedures for amendments. Particular attention was given to the exchange of good practices and discussion on the implementation of virtual exchange projects.

Participation in the meeting contributed to a better understanding of the current requirements for Erasmus+ Virtual Exchanges projects and supported discussions on the next steps for their effective implementation and sustainable impact.
