Participation in the Kick-off Meeting of Capacity Building in VET 2025 (4 February 2026, online)
On 4 February 2026, the online kick-off meeting for the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training (CB-VET), Call 2025, was organised by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, took part in the event.
The meeting brought together representatives of newly selected CB-VET projects and European Commission services to clarify the policy framework, grant management rules and key implementation requirements.
The agenda covered:
- EU policy priorities and strategic orientations in vocational education and training (DG EAC, DG INTPA, DG MENA, DG ENEST, DG EMPL);
- project lifecycle management and reporting requirements;
- procedures for amendments;
- financial management;
- dissemination and impact obligations;
- practical implementation advice from a coordinator of an ongoing CB-VET project.
The participation of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine aimed to strengthen expert support for Ukrainian vocational education and training institutions and other organisations implementing or preparing CB-VET projects.
The kick-off meeting outlined essential managerial, financial and communication aspects of capacity building projects in VET and highlighted the strategic role of international cooperation in modernising the VET sector in line with EU priorities.
