Participation in the Second Annual Conference of the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery – “Workforce Development for Ukraine’s Path to the EU” (05.09.2025, Kyiv)
On 5 September 2025, the team of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine took part in the Second Annual Conference of the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery held in Kyiv.
Zhanna TALANOVA, Deputy Coordinator and Analytical Manager, Coordinator of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE team), contributed to the thematic session “Transforming Vocational Education and Training for Recovery and EU Accession”. In her presentation, she emphasised the role of the EU Erasmus+ Programme in strengthening the institutional capacity of educational providers, aligning with EU standards, and supporting a comprehensive approach to quality enhancement and sustainability of vocational education in the context of Ukraine’s European integration.
The conference brought together more than 150 participants, including representatives of the Government of Ukraine, EU Member States, VET providers, civil society, and employers. It served as a platform to discuss the tangible results of the Initiative, its scaling-up, reforms, and inclusive solutions for veterans, women, youth, and vulnerable groups.
