Participation in the VI International Forum “HUMAN CAPITAL: In the Focus of Transformations” organised by the National Qualifications Agency (25.11.2025, Kyiv)

On November 25, 2025, the team from the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine joined the 6th International Forum “Human Capital: In the Focus of Transformations”, organised by the National Qualifications Agency.

The Forum brought together 39 speakers, over 300 onsite participants, and nearly 4,000 online viewers, serving as a large-scale platform for dialogue among government authorities, business representatives, educators, expert communities, and international partners on the development of human capital and Ukraine’s integration into the European qualifications space.

The event was attended by Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, and Zhanna TALANOVA, Deputy Coordinator and Analytical Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, Coordinator of the Higher Education Reform Experts (HERE team). Their participation provided an opportunity to engage with current policy discussions and practices related to qualifications development, skills transformation, and alignment of education with labour market needs.

The Forum programme focused on key thematic sessions addressing Ukraine’s role within the EU skills and employment ecosystem, education as a response to economic and labour market demands, professional qualifications in the fields of national security and defence, and professional qualifications in education. Particular attention was given to international analytical perspectives and practices aimed at strengthening human capital and supporting Ukraine’s recovery and long-term development.
