Participation within the International Meeting Of Foreign Education Qualifications Experts (03.03.20, Kyiv)

On the 3d of March 2020 the International Meeting of Foreign Education Qualifications Recognition Experts took place in Kyiv. The meeting will be attended and addressed by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Ms Hanna Novosad. The subject of the meeting is achieving a common understanding of automatic recognition in the EHEA.

The meeting was held in the framework of the European Commission Erasmus+ project, support for policy reform “I-Comply: Implementation of LRC compliant recognition practices in the European Higher Education Area”.

The project is coordinated by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science of the Netherlands. Ukraine is represented in I-Comply consortium by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Information Centre of Academic Mobility ENIC Ukraine (State-owned company “Information and Image Centre”), organizing the meeting in Ukraine.

A high level delegation of the European Commission, the Information Network on Education in Europe (Eurydice EACEA), the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR), the ENIC Bureau, the European Students’ Union (ESU), the EHEA Ministries and the leading ENIC-NARICs took part in the meeting and discussion.

Ukraine in its turn is represented by a very strong team of the Directorate of Higher and Adult Education, the Office of International Cooperation and European Integration of the Ministry and ENIC Ukraine.
