Presentation of Erasmus+ opportunities for Ukrainian youth together with UAS (07.12.2023, online)

On December 7, 2023, the National Erasmus+ office in Ukraine joined the event of the Ukrainian Students’ Association and held a presentation on the individual opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Programme in the fields of education,  youth and sports. About 35 participants from Kyiv joined the event, representing active students and youth organizations.

During the event, Kateryna ZHDANOVA, manager of NEO – Ukraine, presented the opportuntiies of the Erasmus+ Programme for active youth. Speaker presented individual opportunities for students and staff of HEIs and the additional opportunities for Ukrainians during the war. During the presentation, clear recommendations regarding the search for opportunities, features of exchanges, requirements for participants, preparation of a package of documents and expected results of exchanges and studies under Erasmus Mundus joint master’s programs were given. After the presentation, speaker presented opportunities for youth exchanges and participation in volunteer projects as additional Erasmus+ opportunities for the summer period.

At the end of the event, participants talked with the students, who shared success stories of participation in Erasmus+ mobilities, their experience and education journey.
