Presentation of Erasmus+ within the training “Building the #eTwinningAmbassadors community in Ukraine. Tools and opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Program for schools” (09.08.2024, Kyiv)

On August 9, 2024, NEO – Ukraine team joined the training “Building a Community of eTwinning Ambassadors in Ukraine. Tools and opportunities of the EU Erasmus+ Program for schools” organised by National eTwinning Support Office.

The online and offline formats brought together more than 20 eTwinning Ambassadors from different parts of Ukraine and the world, and during the teamwork they developed proposals for the future course on the eTwinning Program, planned activities to build a network of eTwinning Ambassadors in Ukraine.

Coordinators of the National eTwinning Support Office – Ukraine Svitlana Kalashnikova and the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine Svitlana Shytikova provided presentations and practical tools how to activery involve teachers and pupils into EUs Erasmus+ Programme: Youth Exchanges, Partnership for Schools, and cooperation with universities in the Capacity Building in Higher Education competition.

Victoria Andrievska, Founder of the Happy Ukraine social initiative and author of the Values tools and methodology, together with Happy Ukraine Ambassadors Victoria Karpenko, Kristina Synchuk, Victoria Solomatina, and Anna Voronova, conducted a workshop on identifying personal and team values and provided recommendations for conducting the “Game of Meanings” for students of different ages and adults.

Natalia Bazelyuk, Communications Manager of the National eTwinning Support Office – Ukraine, presented a number of opportunities for eTwinning Ambassadors, including the specifics of working with the database of registered educators on the European School Education Platform, their individual profiles and profiles of educational institutions.
