Study Visit of the Higher Education Reform Experts of the Erasmus+ Programme to the Catholic University of Louvain (15-16.06.2023, Louvain, Belgium)
On June 15-16, 2023, the Study Visit of the Higher Education Reform Experts of the EU Erasmus+ Programme (HEREs) to the Catholic University of Louvain (the UCLouvain: Université Catholique de Louvain), Belgium, was held on the topic “Learning and Teaching: Innovation, Digitalisation, and International Collaboration”.
The event was organized by the SPHERE – OBREAL Global (Support and Facilitation of Higher Education Reform Experts) consortium, which includes the University of Barcelona (coordinator) and the European University Association (EUA), an initiative funded by the European Commission. Since January 2015, SPHERE has been providing training and communication for Higher Education Reform Experts (HEREs) and National Erasmus+ Offices (NEOs) in the European Neighborhood.
The event was attended by representatives of National Erasmus+ offices and higher education institutions and other organizations who are members of the National teams of Higher Education Reform Experts from neighboring EU partner countries, in total about 30 participants.
Ukraine was represented by HEREs – Iryna ZOLOTARYOVA, Member of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, Professor of the Department of Information Systems of Semyon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, and Iryna SIKORSKA, Head of the International Education Center of the Mariupol State University, as well as the Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine Svitlana SHYTIKOVA.
