Training for teams of CBVET-2024 winners: Implementation Features and Synergy and Interaction with Other Projects and Initiatives” (15.10.2024, Kyiv)

On 15 October 2024, within the #ErasmusDays 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine organised a training for the project winners team of the Erasmus+ CBVET 2024 call: “Implementation Features and Synergy and Interaction with Other Projects and Initiatives”. The events within the #ErasmusDays 2024 were organized by NEOs in Ukraine jointly and with the support of co-organizers (more details in the description of the #ErasmusDays 2024 concept).

About 20 participants of the CBVET project teams took part in the training.

Iryna BILOUS, Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, welcomed the participants.

Veronika TKACHENKO, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, PhD, presented the features of CBVET project implementation, requirements and procedures for state registration of the project,
visualization rules and requirements for dissemination of information about the project and its results, ensuring the quality of project implementation and its results, ensuring international and national reporting.

Within the second part of the training, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, PhD and Zhanna TALANOVA, Deputy Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, Manager of Analytical Work, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, provided recommendations on ways to solve problems related to delays or impossibility of holding events, payments, equipment purchases, currency transfers, etc.

At the end of the event all participants had the opportunity to communicate and exchange experiences, as well as receive comprehensive answers from the training speakers.
