Training on project poroposals writing withun Erasmus+ Youth&Sport for the team of the Department of Youth and Sports of Uman City Council (06.02.2025, Uman)

On 6 February 2025, the National Erasmus+ Office  in Ukraine team conducted a training session on project poroposals writing withun Erasmus+ Youth&Sport for the team of the Department of Youth and Sports of Uman City Council. The event was attended by nine representatives from the Department and members of active local NGOs in Uman keen to explore cooperation opportunities to enhance the potential of youth and sport within their region.

During the session, Kateryna ZHDANOVA, NEO in Ukraine Manager, delivered a comprehensive “A to Z” training on identifying opportunities, navigating the Programme Guide, and selecting relevant calls for proposals. She also provided guidance on developing a concept note to facilitate partner searches.

Participants received practical recommendations on registering organisational profiles on key Programme portals to obtain PIC and OID . The training further covered the search for specific calls, the application process, nuances of completing application forms, partnership requirements, and the preparation of the supplementary document package and expected results. Furthermore, the speaker highlighted existing successful collaborations between Ukrainian and European partners as a foundation for building new consortia, exchanging best practices, and fostering further synergy.
