Workshop for the teams of the winning Erasmus+ projects of the call “Capacity building in Higher Education (CBHE): project implementation features” (18.10.2024, online)
On 18 October 2024, as part of #ErasmusDays 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine organised a workshop on the specific features of implementing Erasmus+ EU programme projects for the winning teams of the “Capacity building in Higher Education (CBHE)” call. The event was held online via Zoom and brought together over 85 CBHE project implementers, participants, and academic staff from various cities across Ukraine, including Kyiv, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Poltava, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Kharkiv, Lutsk, Sumy, and others.
The workshop was moderated by Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine.
Adrien OLSZAK-OLSZEWSKI, Policy Officer Ukraine at the European Commission, and Serhii SHKABKO, State Expert of the European Integration Expert Group at the Directorate of European Integration, Budgeting, and Policy Coordination of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, extended their greetings to the participants. They congratulated the winning project teams on their success, highlighted the Ministry’s ongoing support for project winners, and encouraged the active use of project results.
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a presentation on the key features of project implementation. She provided detailed insights into the next steps related to the state registration of projects, visualisation rules, information dissemination requirements, quality assurance, and reporting obligations. After engaging in a discussion with the participants, the speaker offered clear recommendations to address challenges such as delays or the inability to conduct events, carry out payments, procure equipment, transfer foreign currency, and ensure targeted fund usage.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the winners had the opportunity to discuss key issues, share their success stories from this year, and summarise the key outcomes.
