The round table “Market Of financial Innovations and Education Paradigm of combining science and practice” (12.09.2025, offline/online)
On 12 September 2025 Dnipro University of Technology held the round table “Market Of financial Innovations and Education Paradigm of combining science and practice” within implementation of the EU-funded Programme Erasmus+ Jean Monnet “EU MARKET OF FINANCIAL INNOVATIONS AND UNEMPLOYMENT IN FINANCIAL SECTOR /EUFIN/”.
The round table was organized by the project team in cooperation with the administration of Dnipro University of Technology.
More than 77 scientists, teachers, graduate students, and students from various universities in Ukraine participated in the event: Dnipro University of Technology, Lviv Polytechnic National University, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia National University, Vasyl Stus Donetsk National University and other, as well as representatives of public organizations.

Nigar MUSAYEVA (postgraduate student at the Department of Economic Analysis and Finance, Dnipro University of Technology),
Yelyzaveta TARAN (representative of the Ukrainian Student League NGO).
Participants learned about trends in the financial innovation market, the impact of artificial intelligence on its transformation, European approaches to combining science and practice in education, and the impact of international projects on the internationalization of higher education.

The main objective of the project to prepare highly qualified staff for financial sector and economy which will be ready to face with challenges of digital transformation in the financial market on the basis of EU experience and EU studies.
The concept of the project is based on the mix of the “methodological triangle” and EU practice in financial market from the one hand and teaching excellence on the other hand. This project will help to increase the understanding of Euro studies and peculiarities of the modern EU financial market by our students. It will lead students step by step through the foundations and peculiarities of financial innovations, allow them assessing risks and benefits from financial innovations, developing their analytical and soft skills, using critical and design thinking involving in their researches EU statistical databases and reports.
