Webinar on Erasmus+ individual opportunities within Odesa IT Family webinar (14.10.2024, online)
On October 14, 2024, the the team of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine together with Odesa IT Family within a series of webinars and held the second presentation of individual opportunities of the EUs Erasmus+ Programme. Odesa IT Family is an association of IT companies whose activities are aimed at developing the IT industry, creating an innovative and technological image of the region.
About 120 participants from Odesa regions joined the webinar, representing students, youth representatives and active citizens interested in new opportunities for self-development.
The speakers of the event were: Kateryna Zhdanova, NEO – Ukraine manager; Oleksandr Ivanov, Erasmus Mundus graduate, 2013-2015, “Erasmus Mundus in System Dynamics”, Norway, Portugal, the Netherlands, the USA; Maria Kardash, Erasmus Mundus graduate, 2018-2020, “Choreomundus – Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice and Heritage”, Norway, France, Hungary, Great Britain.
During the event, the speakers briefly reminded about the individual opportunities of the Program, the key aspects of participation and provided clear recommendations on the first steps in finding opportunities for training, internships and informal learning.
Speakers shared their own experience of Erasmus+ exchange to study at European universities, described in detail youth trainings and volunteering in Europe, and presented the key “before” and “after” of Erasmus Mundus. The speakers presented in detail every step from finding an opportunity, preparing a package of documents to life hacks of participating in Erasmus+, additional opportunities during stay in the EU.
