The speakers expressed important thoughts on the state of modern education in the country. In particular, they emphasized that the key focus of further development of education is due respect for the teaching profession, which requires systemic support and recognition of the importance of education by society and the government. In addition, key panelists stressed that increased funding is the key to high standards of education and overall quality of education.

Special attention was paid by experts and speakers to aspects of post-war recovery, including a transparent mechanism for reorganizing the higher education network, preserving displaced institutions, and supporting young people.
