Seminar for Erasmus+ winers of Capacity Building in Youth and Sport projects: peculiarities of implementation and synergy and interaction with other initiatives (14.10.2024, online)

On October 14, 2024, within the framework of #ErasmusDays 2024, the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine held a seminar on the peculiarities of implementation and synergy and interaction with other initiatives, which took place online on the Zoom platform. The events within #ErasmusDays 2024 were organized by the NEO team in Ukraine together with the support of the co-organizers (for more details, see the description of the #ErasmusDays 2024 concept).

More than 30 participants – project cordinators and project teams in youth and sports capacity building projects joined the online event.

Andriy Chesnokov, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, welcomed participants and emphasized the fruitful results of the participation of Ukrainian organizations in new for capacity building in the fields of youth and sports calls. The speaker also confirmed the continuous support of the winning project teams by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and its openness in implementing the results.

Svitlana Shytikova, NEO-Ukraine Coordinator, provided presentation on the specifics of project implementation and described in detail the next steps for state registration, visualization rules, and requirements for disseminating information about projects and its results, quality assurance, and reporting. Discussing these issues together with the participants, the speaker provided clear recommendations on how to address challenges related to the delay of events, payments, equipment purchases, currency transfers, targeted use of funds, etc. At the end of the event, all the winners discussed key issues and shared their success stories this year.
