Information Day of the EU Erasmus+ Programme in Education: school, VET and adult education (11.12.2024, online)
On 11 December 2024, the team of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine organised the “Information Day of the EU Erasmus+ Programme in Education: school, VET and adult education”. The event was organised by the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine in cooperation with the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the National eTwinning Support Office, and the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Info Centre.
More than 100 participants – representatives of educational institutions and organizations that plan to participate in the EU Erasmus+ Programme calls in the field of education joined the webinar.

Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, Zhanna TALANOVA, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, and Svitlana KALASHNIKOVA, Coordinator of the National eTwinning Office in Ukraine presented the opportunities for cooperation in the field of school education, the eTwinners platform and community. The speakers presented in detail the calls, goals and priorities of the key actions and successful cases of implemented projects with the participation of Ukrainian schools.
Within the next presentation, Zhanna TALANOVA and Veronika TKACHENKO, Managers of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, highlighted the opportunities in the field of VET, focusing on mobility opportunities and cooperation projects. Speaker emphasized the key features and objectives of the actions, requirements for partnerships, key activities, potential cooperation with other educational institutions and inter-project synergies.
The Jean Monnet action was presented by Petro KRAINIK, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine. The speaker highlighted the three key opportuniries of the action: Modules, Chairs and Centres, stressing their key features and differences. The speaker also paid great attention to the results achieved and the impact on the individual and institutional levels on European integration issues.
Kateryna ZHDANOVA, Manager of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, presented the next opportunity in the field of higher education, focusing on mobility projects. The presentation included the goals of the action, formats, details on the participation of students and HEI staff, features of study and internship exchanges, requirements for building partnerships, etc.
Within the last part of the event, Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Zhanna TALANOVA and Veronika TKACHENKO presented opportunities in the field of higher education and adult education: CBHE, Erasmus Mundus, Cooperation Partnerships projects, Alliances for Innovation. The speakers highlighted about the features of the calls, goals and priorities, examples for a clearer understanding of existing experience and potential synergy.
At the end of the event, attendees interacted with the speakers, shared success stories and experiences, and received answers to their questions.
