Participation in the international dissemination event of the Erasmus+ CBHE INTERADIS project at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (01.10.2024, online)
A three-day (1-3 October 2024) dissemination event of the consortium of the project “INTERADIS / Integration and Adaptation of International Students” took place at the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE). The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project co-funded by the European Union.
The project is coordinated by the Netherlands Business Academy (Netherlands) with the co-coordinator being KROK University. The project partners include universities, organizations, and consulting companies from Italy, Germany, Lithuania, and Ukraine.
The event provided a platform for exchanging experiences in supporting international students during their adaptation process in Ukraine. Over three days, participants discussed key aspects of the social, cultural, and ethnic integration of international students, improving administrative services, and enhancing the qualifications of academic staff.
Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office – Ukraine, delivered a welcoming address at the event’s opening, emphasizing the importance of the INTERADIS project results for the development of international education and the integration of international students under the challenging conditions of war.
During the event, consortium representatives presented the project’s results, including:
- roadmaps for international students;
- adaptation courses;
- tools for engaging students in the socio-cultural environment;
- international trainings and workshops.
We sincerely thank all project partners for their active participation and cooperation in fostering the development of international education in Ukraine, even in the most challenging times.
